went fishing on the brisbane river today, had a great time sitting on the grass used the pendulum rig to great effect,the strikes that i missed where caught by the rig.OUTSTANDING.

Caught the biggest catfish ive ever seen today on squid bait slightly upstream from a moored catermaran.Caught several other fish but was blown away by the size of the caatfish, it fought well on my 10lb braid with a 15lb shock trace on a 12 foot very light coarse fishing rod. i like this rod due to its finness  approach, and length to get a decent cast.

according to the rage fishing calendar its a fair day but i missed the best times. still caught 7 fish around the breakfast creek area on the Brisbane river.
